    As you get ready to start planning your expo stands for 2019, here are some tips to make sure you maximise ROI and achieve optimum results for your business.  Being clear on your objectives not only helps you to track objectives but will help your designer deliver sterling work. Plan for the show and set clear goals What is the aim of you partaking in the exhibition and what do you want to get out of it? Do you want to create brand awareness? Are there giveaways for new potential customers? Are you building your database or are you selling to visitors? Being very clear on your goals will help the designer understand how best to create a space that caters to your business needs.     The Bold and the Bauhaus – celebrating 100 years of designs’ most influential movement

    From the Marie Kondo decluttering craze to Ikea’s staple focus on functionality – almost every single modernist design concept can link its roots to the Bauhaus movement.  For a hundred years, the Bauhaus has lived and thrived as an icon in the design community. Bauhaus is a 20th century modern arts, crafts and design school in Germany that boomed into a major cultural movement.   The founder of Bauhaus was Walter Gropius, a Prussian architect who hoped his experimental school would “bring together all creative effort into one whole, to reunify all the disciplines of practical art — sculpture, painting, handicrafts, and crafts — as inseparable components of a new architecture.” Gropius’ vision was definitely a success, setting in motion a modern current that still influences all spheres of design.
